Sex-chrom: a database of green plant species with sex chromosomes

This database provides information on sex chromosome types and morphology, chromosome numbers, ploidy levels, and genome sizes for green algae and land plants. In all cases, links to the original published sources are provided.


We are grateful to users alerting of errors or publications by reporting new or overlooked evidence for sex-chromosomes.
